Faculty are responsible for providing effective learning strategies and experiences in the classroom and laboratory for students with diverse interests, abilities, and expectations.
Teaching and training duties shall be performed under the direct supervision of the EMS Program Director.
Faculty must be able to perform instructional tasks such as teaching assigned courses, developing curriculum, and supervising students in clinical settings.

Key Requirements
Associate degree required
Three years' work experience in emergency medicine/prehospital care
Arkansas EMT Instructor license within 6 months of hire
BLS, ACLS, and PHTLS Instructor Certification or willingness to obtain
Current undisciplined license to practice EMS in Arkansas
National Registry certification or eligible
Minimum of one year clinical experience as a paramedic
Proof of legal authority to work in the United States
