  • The Clinical Risk Coordinator works with the Director to develop and execute the Risk Management Plan with the primary aim being to protect patients, staff members, and visitors from inadvertent injury.
  • Responsibilities include evaluation of adverse and sentinel events utilizing effective communication, facilitation of root cause analyses, coordination, and implementation of loss prevention and loss mitigation activities.
