Job Summary
Drive end to end execution of strategic transactions and projects supporting dentsu Group’s strategy.
Support portfolio optimisation initiatives, including performance assessments, divestiture evaluations, and value creation tracking.
Collaborate with Group Functions and Global M&A teams to support all phases of the M&A lifecycle including strategic screening, due diligence, negotiation, and integration.
