The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed as a Certified Nursing Assistant and are responsible for identifying residents correctly before administering treatments or serving meals.
The role requires observing and reporting skin breakdowns, pressure areas, and any changes in eating habits or resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor.
