• Aprio's Senior Manager, Organizational Development (OD) advances the firm’s leadership capabilities and team effectiveness through strategic organizational development and executive development strategies, including facilitation, innovative development programs, and targeted coaching.
• This pivotal role serves as a trusted advisor to leaders and teams across the firm, shaping Aprio’s future by fostering high-performing, resilient teams and a strong executive workforce aligned with the firm’s vision.
• The Senior Manager partners closely with business leaders, the L&D team, and People + Culture Business Partners to design and implement integrated OD and executive development solutions that optimize performance and support enterprise change initiatives, including M&A activity.
