Job Summary
This role provides mid to high level support on a Linux based infrastructure with occasional after hours and weekend shifts to ensure 24/7 operations.
The engineer is responsible for planning, designing, and implementing new solutions while managing the installation and maintenance of operating systems and virtualization platforms.
Candidates must act as a Subject Matter Expert to lead support efforts, perform root cause analysis, and provide tier 3 resolutions for complex hardware and software issues.
