Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Systems, Operations, or Business
  • 5+ years experience in Project, Process, or Operations Management
  • 5+ years planning full lifecycle DMAIC or PDCA projects
  • 3+ years implementing advanced data tools or predictive analytics
  • PMP, TQM, or Lean/Six Sigma certification (Green Belt preferred)
