Must-have
Digital transformation in metals and mining
Project management office (PMO) execution
5D BIM and drone/LiDAR progress tracking
Primavera/MS Project scheduling
Power BI/Tableau dashboarding
Extensive travel to project sites
Nice-to-have
Collaboration and stakeholder management
Problem solving and detail orientation
Use of GenAI assistants for reporting
Exposure to IoT geo-fencing material tracking
Strong communication skills
Working with large capital projects
Key Requirements
2–5 years relevant construction and metals/mining experience
PMP® certification preferred or willingness to obtain
M.Tech (NICMAR) preferred or BE/B.Tech plus MBA
4-8 years total experience
Willingness to travel extensively
Experience with Primavera/MS Project and BIM tools
