Job Summary
Provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Record all entries on flow sheets, notes, charts, etc., in an informative, descriptive manner and report all changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
Rates up to $23.50/hr with shift differentials for 2nd & 3rd shifts and a new attendance incentive program.
