Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for reporting all changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor immediately.
The role requires assisting residents with personal care, transporting patients, maintaining accurate flow sheets, and ensuring a calm environment throughout the shift.
