Job Summary

  • This role will lead the legal operations VMO team, oversee end to end vendor data governance, outside counsel program, outside counsel management, e-billing review and processing, and timely resolution of vendor inquiries, while ensuring adherence to internal controls, policies, and compliance frameworks.
  • The Outside Counsel Oversight Manager partners closely with cross functional stakeholders to drive vendor performance, manage risk, and support disciplined operations across a diverse global vendor portfolio.
