You will participate in developing written policies, managing staffing levels, and coordinating with physicians and families to create comprehensive care plans for residents.
This role requires performing direct nursing care functions such as starting IVs, obtaining specimens, and monitoring medication passes alongside administrative duties like incident reporting and committee participation.
