Job Summary

  • Performs a wide variety of duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Director, Custodial Services, to ensure effective use and care of the Campus premises.
  • Responsible for the asset management, stewardship, and procurement strategy for campus assets managed by Custodial Services, including maintenance plans, inspection plans, equipment condition reports, and liability reporting.
  • Manages Human Resources issues, in collaboration with HR, in the areas of recruitment, performance evaluation, training, coaching, attendance management, discipline, labour relations, and terminations.
