Garston Veterinary Group is seeking a Lead Clinical Director to oversee clinical standards across a multi-site veterinary practice in Somerset and Wiltshire. The ideal candidate will have extensive clinical experience and leadership skills to drive team performance and innovation
Job Summary
As our Lead Clinical Director, you’ll guide clinical standards across a large and progressive practice, lead an exceptional team of 24 vets and 50+ nurses, and help shape the strategic direction of a well-established, forward-thinking veterinary group.
Our out-of-hours care is delivered onsite at our RCVS accredited small animal hospital in Frome, fully staffed overnight by our incredible night nurse team.
We are situated in a Popular, Accessible Location - Based on the Somerset / Wiltshire border, we’re surrounded by local countryside yet close to: Bath, The Cotswolds, Bristol, Salisbury, Direct train links to London, Bath and Bristol, The south coast (just an hour away).
