Must-have
IEC 61131-3 structured text programming
SCADA system design and HMI development
MATLAB/Simulink or PSCAD simulation tools
Modbus TCP, DNP3, OPC-UA communication protocols
VMware v8.0 and Windows Server 2022 administration
HIL/SIL testing environments and validation
Nice-to-have
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Experience with Python and C/C++
Knowledge of cybersecurity standards like NERC CIP
Ability to interpret technical drawings
Familiarity with OSIsoft PI and Linux
Key Requirements
Minimum 7 years experience in utility scale renewable EPC projects
BSEE or MSEE degree preferred
PE License preferred
Domestic and international travel required (about 20%)
