Key Requirements

  • 1+ year experience in HCM implementation role
  • 2+ project implementations as Business Analyst/System Integrator/Functional consultant
  • 2+ years experience with Oracle HCM
  • Experience with enterprise HR and payroll system integration
  • Experience implementing Oracle HCM Payroll, Leave & Attendance, Claims modules
  • Experience in Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia or Vietnam
  • Familiarity with integration tools and technologies
  • Knowledge of database management systems (SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Relevant certifications (PMP, ITIL) desirable
