Base: $70,100.00 - $126,100.00; Bonus/Equity: Eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on performance; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k match, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, PTO

Must-have
Clinical research monitoring experience
Good Clinical Practice (GCP) knowledge
Use of clinical trial management systems
Remote clinical study monitoring
Documentation of monitoring activities
Nice-to-have
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in teams
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Key Requirements
2-4 years clinical research monitoring experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Certified Clinical Research Associate (CCRA) preferred
