Key Requirements
5-7 Years Relevant Work Experience
Bachelor's Degree
Knowledge of Network Design, MAN technologies & designs
Knowledge of Internet Technologies, Functionality & Services
Knowledge of Voice Network Technologies (including VoIP)
Knowledge of Data Networking Technologies, Functionality & Services (LAN, MAN, WAN, VPN)
Knowledge of Networking Protocols (with an emphasis on Layers 1,2, & 3)
Knowledge of Customer Premise Equipment (voice & data)
Knowledge of Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery concepts
Knowledge of E-rate Contracting Processes and Procedures
