Must-have
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
3+ years distribution or transmission planning experience
Power flow system modeling expertise
Proficiency with SAP, PSSE, CYME, SCADA, AMI, GIS
Knowledge of Non-Wires Alternatives (NWA) analysis
Nice-to-have
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication with regulatory bodies
Experience with MISO and PJM market practices
Ability to analyze large SCADA and AMI datasets
Track record of process improvement initiatives
Key Requirements
BS degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related technical discipline
Minimum 3 years experience in utility engineering roles
Demonstrated leadership ability to supervise personnel
