McLean, VA: $151,900 - $173,400; Richmond, VA: $138,100 - $157,700; Bonus/Equity: performance based incentive compensation; Benefits: comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive set of health, financial and other benefits

Key Requirements

  • 3+ years Financial Services Risk Management or Compliance experience
  • 3+ years credit card product experience
  • 3+ years Project Management experience
  • 4+ years credit card product, servicing, or credit risk management experience
  • 5+ years Project Management experience leading cross functional projects
  • 1+ years experience working in an Agile environment
  • Certified Risk Management Assurance (CRMA) or Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM)
  • Lean, Agile, Six Sigma or Business Process Management certification
