Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
Demonstrated progression and impact in Finance Operations, GBS, or Shared Services
Proven experience leading large-scale finance transformation initiatives
Strong understanding of global finance processes and financial close cycles
Experience working with outsourcing partners (preferably Accenture or similar)
Experience in governance, compliance, and internal control environments
