15+ years progressive leadership experience
Manage large-scale operations with P&L responsibility
Strong business development skills
Experience leading senior management teams of 25+
Advanced financial acumen
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Deep understanding of commercial real estate markets
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or related field
Real Estate License required within six months
