Job Summary

• The job purpose is to troubleshoot, repair, re-commission and maintain efficiently field instrumentation for gas turbines, steam turbines, waste heat boilers, and desalination plant and its auxiliaries to ensure efficient operation and reduce equipment availability down time.
• Key accountabilities include attending to breakdowns and planned maintenance work with minimum direction, ordering spare parts, and ensuring work is carried out in accordance with safety procedures.
• The role requires the ability to work under time and technical pressure, potentially on shift duty or on call, and in challenging environmental conditions.
