Job Summary

  • The Local Chapter Lead of Testing and Validation will provide continuous support to refine our testing principles, processes, and methodologies with strong focus on test automation, GenAI, Agentic AI and implementation of CI/CD pipelines.
  • Lead the Chapter as an experienced practitioner and be a role model to the members, managing escalations, risks and issues related to the testing services delivered by the agile teams.
  • Recruit top talent and onboard candidates, leading talent development and retention initiatives, including provisioning of training, sharing of best practices, and initiatives to promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in leading software test teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in related technical field
  • Experience with qTest, Tosca, Vera, BrowserStack, or OctoPerf
  • Knowledge of Jira and Confluence
  • Demonstrable knowledge in agile software testing practices
  • ISTQB or Scaled Agile Framework certifications a plus
