  • As a Platform Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in guiding Workday’s cloud adoption strategy and leading the technical aspects of our transition to the Public Cloud.

Salary

Primary Location Base Pay Range: $121,700 USD - $182,600 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $106,000 USD - $195,500 USD; Bonus/Equity: May be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants

  • AWS or GCP public cloud experience
  • Linux operating systems expertise
  • Infrastructure-as-code with Terraform or Ansible
  • Public Cloud (AWS or GCP) solutions
  • CI/CD pipelines design
  • Containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)

Key Requirements

  • 6+ years hands-on experience with AWS or GCP
  • 6+ years experience with Linux
  • 2+ years experience with Ruby, Go, or Python
  • 2+ years experience with Terraform or Ansible
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance
  • TS/SCI w/CI Poly clearance preferred
