Job Summary

  • This role oversees the day-to-day management of development projects from early-stage planning through launch and sell-out, serving as the primary point of contact for development partners.
  • The Director works cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to advance key project milestones, drive marketing and sales execution, and optimize performance across the portfolio.
  • Define and lead integrated, multi-channel campaign strategies for Americas projects across Four Seasons owned, earned, and paid platforms, in close partnership with Commercial team counterparts.
