Job Summary

• This role partners closely with architects, engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, cloud-native solutions aligned with The Hartford’s architectural standards and technology roadmap.
• Lead the design and implementation of the architecture provided, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards while embedding GenAI capabilities.
• This role will have a Hybrid work schedule, with the expectation of working in an office location (Hartford, CT and Charlotte, NC) 3 days a week (Tuesday through Thursday).
