Job Summary

  • The Country Manager will have full commercial, operational, and people management responsibility, requiring deep knowledge of the local healthcare ecosystem and strong engagement with government and laboratory funders.
  • The position demands defining and executing Tanzania-specific sales and market access strategies, managing P&L, leading sales teams, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders including the Ministry of Health and laboratory funders.

  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Established relationships with healthcare stakeholders
  • Understanding of local laboratory funding and donor mechanisms
