Legends Global is seeking a Manager of Business and Legal Affairs to support its in-house legal team, focusing on various business lines including hospitality and venue management. The ideal candidate should have a JD, 3-5 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Job Summary

  • The successful candidate will support a small in-house legal team serving Legends and its diverse business lines, including hospitality, venue management, merchandise, sales and marketing, attractions, project development, and corporate operations.
  • Draft, negotiate, analyze, summarize, or oversee to completion various types of agreements, including but not limited to hospitality agreements, venue level agreements, merchandise contracts, sponsorship agreements, sales and marketing agreements.
  • Competitive salary between $140,000-$150,000, commensurate with experience, and a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and 401k plan.

Key Requirements

  • J.D. from accredited law school
  • Licensed to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
  • 3-5 years of attorney experience
  • Transactional and in-house experience preferred
  • Experience with commercial agreements
  • Familiarity with GDPR, PCI Compliance, liquor license compliance preferred
  • M&A due diligence is a plus
