Key responsibilities include assisting with personal care, monitoring vital signs, observing skin conditions, and promptly reporting any changes in resident health or safety incidents.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with daily hygiene and mobility
Monitor and record vital signs like TPRs
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain strict HIPAA and privacy compliance
Use authorized abbreviations for medical records
Nice-to-have
Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Experience with restorative and rehabilitative procedures
Ability to work collaboratively with shift personnel
Strong communication skills for reporting incidents
Key Requirements
Must possess 10th grade education minimum
Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant
CPR certification preferred
Ability to read and interpret technical procedures
