Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
5+ years of relevant work experience
Proficiency in APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA
Familiarity with 8D, 5-Why, DOE, Six Sigma
Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
