Must-have

  • 5+ years HR or financial domain expertise
  • 7+ years technology solution design experience
  • Expertise in LLM orchestration and Agent System of Record
  • Experience presenting to CXOs and Security Architects
  • Ability to architect bespoke POCs and Agentic prototypes

  • Visceral curiosity for Agents, RAG, and MCP technologies
  • Comfort with ambiguity and building while flying
