Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for the internal oversight and monitoring of all facility loading dock areas as well as coordinating with outside contractors.
  • The role includes assisting in monitoring and coordinating the buildings' conveyances to assist in the movement of materials and personnel.
  • Employees receive a $500 signing bonus after 30 days and an additional $500 upon 90 days of service along with comprehensive benefits.

Salary

Base: $26.50 - $28.50 hourly; Bonus: $500 after 30 days + $500 after 90 days; Benefits: Health, dental, vision, 401(k) match up to 4%, RTD Eco Pass

Must-have

  • Pre and post event dock inspections
  • Coordinate with external vendors and contractors
  • Monitor loading dock conditions and safety
  • Enforce dock parking and access policies
  • Inspect and report on elevator/escalator issues
  • Maintain shipping documentation and records

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in event environment logistics
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work non-standard hours
  • Forklift certification preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities

Key Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience with shipping/receiving in event environment
  • Document control or administrative support experience
  • Ability to lift objects up to 50 pounds
  • Forklift certification (preferred)
