Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to apply intensive and diversified knowledge of engineering principles to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded.
You will serve as a standard bearer for Quality by assuring adherence to the Quality Management System and contributing to the attainment of 5 Sigma goals.
The role includes supervising up to 4 to 5 technicians and acting as a coach and mentor for other engineers while leading cross-functional projects.
