5 years field operation experience
Steam Methane Reformer (SMR) process knowledge
Safety and environmental compliance adherence
Emergency response and firefighting certification
Process variable monitoring and adjustment
Nice-to-have
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Effective communication with maintenance teams
Experience in commissioning activities
Coaching and motivation for new operators
Participation in operational improvement projects
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering preferred
Minimum 5 years experience in SMR based Hydrogen plants
Associate Technical Degree considered with sufficient experience
