Job Summary
You’ll lead a passionate, talented team and take ownership of reliability, maintenance and utilities across the brewery, balancing hands-on problem solving with longer-term strategy.
Day to day you’ll lead preventative, reactive and autonomous maintenance through TPM, drive continuous improvement, RCA and waste reduction across site, and own the maintenance & utilities budget (plus capital projects).
