Key Requirements
Diploma in Facilities Management or related field preferred
Proficient in written and spoken English
Extensive experience in the built environment
Solid understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry
Previous experience in a similar coordination role advantageous
Goal-oriented mindset
Strong problem-solving skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Adept at prioritizing and managing operational works
Quick to learn and adapt to utilizing required software
