Job Summary

  • Provide strategic legal advice to the Wind segment teams, principally in Europe, and lead legal & compliance strategy and direction.
  • Manage and mitigate legal risks associated with large-scale projects, including negotiation, drafting, and review of complex agreements.
  • Advise business on new, changing, and unique regulatory and compliance issues in the region and support segment litigation, arbitration, mediation, and dispute resolution.
