The Head of Security Operations is a senior strategic leader responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving Haleon’s global physical security framework.
This role ensures the protection of people, assets, and operations across all sites and throughout the extended supply chain.
As a member of the SIA Leadership Team, the role drives enterprise-wide security risk mitigation while leading a high-performing, geographically dispersed team of Corporate Security Managers and regional professionals.
