  • Under supervision you conduct experiments, complete assigned projects or offer functional services.
  • You will prepare samples and materials for descriptive, discrimination, consumer groups, and product testing and manage those samples and generate accurate data.
  • You will ensure the efficient and safe running of the consumer science laboratory, including maintenance of the quality system and compliance to food safety and health and safety operating procedures.
