  • The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with Engineering, Business Development, Sales, and Production to ensure manufacturability and compliance with stringent military and aerospace standards.
  • Candidates are expected to lead prototype builds, conduct root cause analysis, and drive design refinements while maintaining product lifecycle documentation and supporting intellectual property development.
