Job Summary

  • The HR Operations Data Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of employee data across our HR systems.
  • This role partners closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT to manage employee lifecycle transactions, maintain organizational structures, develop reporting solutions, and support core HR system processes.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Data Analytics, or related field

  • Proficiency in Excel and reporting/data visualization tools (Power BI preferred)
  • High attention to detail and troubleshooting ability
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
