Job Summary
Coordinate and participate in recruiting, hiring, and managing staff while maintaining compliance with health regulations.
Organize and conduct in service education programs to ensure nursing personnel and facility staff maintain competency and acquire new skills.
Provide direct resident and patient care while maintaining confidentiality and participating in facility inspections and surveys.

Key Requirements
