Job Summary
As a Patent Prosecution associate in the Litigation Department, you’ll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking technologies in collaboration with senior attorneys.
You'll also have the opportunity to become involved in patent, trademark, copyright and trade secrets litigation.
Responsibilities will include preparation and prosecution of patent applications, including appeals before the BPAI, prepare patent non-infringement and invalidity analyses and opinions, and conduct patent due diligence studies.
