The Sr. Manager of Payroll Operations serves as a strategic partner to the Payroll Director and functions as the operational "Chief of Staff" for enterprise payroll transformation.
This role leads cross functional payroll initiatives, drives payroll centralization efforts across multiple operating companies, and supports payroll system implementations and optimization projects.
Ensure payroll operations comply with federal, state, and local wage and tax regulations and partner with Internal Audit to maintain strong SOX-compliant payroll controls.
