  • Functions independently as a member of the Mobile Medicine Paramedicine team and is responsible for in-home medical assessments and care of ill and injured patients that meet the criteria for the Mobile Integrated Health program.
  • The practice of MIH is focused on longitudinal assessment, participation in an existing, multidisciplinary, Interprofessional treatment plan, and communication with and referral to other members of the treatment team based on changing patient needs.

Key Requirements

  • Paramedic certification or AAS degree
  • Three years of Paramedic Level experience preferred
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required
  • NC-OEMS certification as Paramedic required
  • Certified Community Paramedic (CP-C) credentialing required within 1 year
  • Valid driver's license
