Job Summary
The Maintenance Assistant is responsible for the care and upkeep of the interior and exterior of the community grounds following the guidelines, policies, and procedures of the community.
Essential duties include maintaining, cleaning, and repairing all equipment and property as necessary, and addressing daily work orders such as replacing light bulbs and repairing resident furniture.
The role requires the ability to troubleshoot and repair minor plumbing and electrical problems, perform painting and landscaping, and maintain pools/spas.

Key Requirements
Age 18 or over
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Prior mechanical and troubleshooting experience preferred
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Ability to lift and push up to 75 pounds with assistance
