Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of your job position is to maintain resident medical records and health information systems in accordance with current federal and state guidelines as well as in accordance with our facility’s established privacy policies and procedures.
  • You will be responsible for organizing, planning, and directing the medical records department and assisting with scheduling assessments in compliance with facility and OBRA guidelines.
  • The role requires attending mandatory in-service training programs and participating in workshops and seminars to maintain compliance and professional development.
