Job Summary

  • Oversee all Workplace Facilities Building Management, including operational and building management of soft services within one of our Banking Clients in Sydney Precinct CBD area.
  • Lead minor works projects end-to-end, covering business cases, approvals, procurement, compliance, and permit management, and manage relocation projects including planning, supplier coordination, execution, waste reduction, and post-move support.
  • Maintain safe working environment through fire, health, and safety compliance, contractor inductions, and risk management program implementation, and deliver exceptional customer service as primary on-site contact.
