  • You will partner with a cross-functional group of subject matter authorities to craft and implement strategies for how we staff, onboard, develop, empower, retain and prioritize work.
  • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include providing detailed, practical and valuable support, such as coaching and advising managers on HR practices, providing compensation support, and resolving employee relation issues.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor/Master's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years Human Resources client-facing experience
  • Strong analytical skills with emphasis on HR data
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Workday/HRIS systems
  • Knowledge and experience in compensation strategies
  • Solid understanding in 3+ HR areas (immigration, recruiting, L&D, performance management, compensation, mobility)
